1) good safety culture following over all Qatar 2) time to time salary receiving 3) fantastic accoumdation facilities. 4) something happened management taken immediately respond. 5) different work experience for SBG HSE management . 6) very good support for HR management, administration department also labour camp management. 7) company gives 8 hour's Duty with daily basis over time .

More than professional people working Under to Qdsbg different jobs. But General foreman category some people poor educational back ground & also poor work experience so need to improvement.
