Very difficult to meet both ends meet (life and work ) as offshore works consume most of your time but financillary awarded

Archirodon company really good before.now new management and some Kerala Managers no carrying hard work people.so many serious worker's working long time getting low salary only.who will get good increment and good bounce and grade change all the benefits get only Kerala people. This company now with Kerala people hand Other state and national people no have support inside management This all my own experience . Hard work no use only need samcha and Kerala people support Very important : big politics going on sarco Kerala management helping only Kerala people Am requesting to sarco management please help poor people.so many serious hard worker working long time.they lost age and energy until they get low salary. They don't know how to communicate with management people.language plm.
