I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Yes we have promotion and appraisal benefits, but still the roles which we hold doesn't challenging. That's how I feel sometimes. So if we are lead role, sometimes, our works doesn't satisfy with the role that we holding. That's the only concern I have at the moment.
