Payment was on time and a nice one till 2020 March after that the whole experience went down the hill . There was salary cut of 25 percent . Apart from money there is nothing.

Dislikes

Stupid rules and more rules which doesn't make any sense . Eg during initial training men can not speak to women in the Qatar building . But once you clear training you can fly together work party and stay in hotels does it make sense . No. During corona time crew cant go out after 9 PM till 7 am but they can fly a aircraft full ofQatari going for vacation to Turkey. Logic is certainly not a strong forte of QR ....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
