I m working in the company for almost 5 years. I joined after one year of experience. Initially i thought it was a small company where i will learn and leave for better opportunity. But when i joined, i found so many opportunities to grow personally and professionally. I learnt one thing in the company, if you have desire to learn, and committed for your work, there is no shortages. I found company ethical and gives values too. I never saw any incident in these five years where someone who was not fit for the orgnization was asked to leave but two times people were asked to leave for their extreme unethical (rather cheated the organization) behaviour.
