Growth is very low, senior works damnation is more on junior workers. not monitoring of those things by management.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
