Management and teams are good and supportive. Worst part is there is no job security. If client need then they hire and if not then they asked you to resign. Recommend to not join here.

The company is a good start for people who want to experience full scale recruiting, It's a high pressure environment so you learn very quickly. One thing I appreciated was that we were trained before starting on the floor and the Managers and Team leads are very supportive.

Dislikes

Night Shift from 10 PM to 7 AM takes a toll, The pressure on submissions and offers is very high, you'll work late maybe even till 9 AM to complete daily submission targets and work on weekends to complete weekly targets. You have to jump through hoops to get leaves and the Incentive procedure is not very encouraging as you will get your incentives 3 months after you land the offer.

The point is, if you get good Manager, everything will be good and balanced. But if get bad Manager like Saurabh Sharma (DM) then he will eat your job against his ego.
