Lets talk about it... 1 . interview part :- there is nothing in the interview, they will ask conversion of mm, inch and cm that's it. 2. Job :- they will ask for 3 month of training and appraisal after it , but they will extend it to 6+ months 3. Work environment :- There is no any ethics for that , they will shout on you, uses abusive words as well. 4. Skill development :- There skill development is -100%, you just have to physically saw the products and do QC for them. 5. To confirm you as full-time from trainee you had to wait for 8+ months.
