Hi my name is Naved shaikh I been working for this company for last 3 years. Before lockdown things were good like my job was totally secure and the work culture was awesome everyone was very energetic at the work time. My team management was also good morning team and evening team both use to work for (RPP) target given to us but I don't understand that way at beginning of the lockdown we got a email regarding that I am no more Inox employee at that point we thought that every thing was good but when I and my colleagues were in problem at that time company has loss the grip at us. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
