Am very happy to worked here but there's no career growth because of i have completed my BE degree course and i have 3years work experienced in pvr cinemas as an technician only.why? There's no promotion for employe (or) employees are never expect for job promotion in Pvr cinemas.

Well it's one of my most favorite work place.. The monthly staff enjoyment program which is arranged by the authority is / was the best medicine to charge everyone .. Each and every single person effort is appreciated by the senior and HR which is very necessary and must wanted for every individual .. Yeah it was hard work but I and my team done all work smartly..
