I've been with Purpletalk for 3 years, and it has been an incredible experience. The company provides an excellent balance between work and personal life, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Most of the employees are relatives of senior staff members, which is acceptable, but what about those who cracked their interview on their own without any support? The management doesn't listen to their voices and during appraisal they neither receive hike nor appreciation. There's a lot of workplace politics with opportunities being passed on to known connections.

Purpletalk provided me with full freedom to explore and upscale my skills. Commute facilities for female employees after late hours was very thoughtful

Given the company size, few processes are still underway in terms of standardization. Cafeteria & pantry facilities could be improved.
