The founder makes you feel like the owner and let's you take ownership of the product. This is one of the few companies that gives you a true startup experience. You get to interact with the customers and understand them first hand. Its way better than working in an MNC. No hierarchy is followed in the tech team, quite an open culture.

They didn't support at all, they remove their employees and yet they haven't paid full and final amount

They remove their employee including me by saying they can't give salary and say whenever we start again the office after lockdown you hav to join. Indirectly they don't want to give salary during this lockdown. When we need money most
