Middle Management is very unprofessional.

Dislikes

Experience was not that bad. But you will see partiality mostly. Favouritism. And no appreciation at all. If you are doing 50x in a year and still not getting appreciation how would you feel? Well, I enjoyed my own growth there and left for the reason of no appreciation.
