After a point you won't get any growth and development. I say it is good place for unit level development.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

You get to meet lot of smart people.

Dislikes

It started as a promising opportunity. But after the company had the management changes, new management made everyone life miserable, so people get tried and leave. You even have to buy your own refreshments. They would make you come on weekends just to sit it the office and stare at the computer.

The company has no strategy whatsoever ever. Senior authorities are verbally abusive.They are only nice to people whom they like or who belongs to their caste.Unni will talk to you, only if his mood is right or else he will call you in his cabin just to yell at you.
