I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Worst environment of work. Not any support from the company. Senior used to act like dictator not even the market visibility. Worst quality product. Will suggest all to don't join this organisation at any cost. U will be harrased. If you are female employee you have to tolerate misbehave of seniors also
