Nothing. The worst management and irresponsible towards the employees care.

It was very good till the new Company Secretary took over the charge. He made the work environment very toxic and tried to divide and rule with in the team. The personal life and mental health also got affected with in 6 months of his joining. After multiple escalations to management, HR and top management took NO ACTIONS to improve the environment. You have to reach company within time, if you reach late by even 1 minute then its half-day, even if you extend for 1hr or 2 hr, its now use. Bad company policies, not employee friendly company.
