The top management looks good from whatever limited interaction I had with them. The Company is fine, get to learn new things as they have too many debt listed entities in the Group and freedom to work independently. Nothing much to like about honestly.

Over the past two years, many team members, including myself, have left primarily due to the leadership of the current Group Company Secretary. Working with him is challenging as there are no Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), no clear accountability on his part, and little guidance or support in undertaking tasks. If your goal is professional growth, structured learning, and effective leadership, this may not be the right environment. However, if you are comfortable navigating office politics, engaging in gossips, or relying on networking over expertise, you may find it manageable. Work often becomes difficult due to a lack of proper guidance. Completing tasks require persistent follow-ups, and even then, getting his focused attention can be challenging. If you choose to join, be mindful of your personal boundaries- conversations about your private life may be used against you, and there has been instances of false rumors and allegations against those who challenge authority. If you decide to proceed, I would advise keeping your interactions professional and minimal and focusing on the work. The experience can be frustrating, and you may often find yourself questioning your decision.
