Very bad work environment and culture , banks policies are not good. They have terminated 250 management trainess as bank is under imposition of Section 35A of the Banking regulation act 1949 in this Pandemic situation.

There is bond of 3 years also there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues properly

Everyday i learn new things over, colleagues were so helpful even customer's are so nature friendly.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session as I was working in a branch. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles.
