I completed various sites there.l spent there a glorious moment including 5 States in India. I worked there for Reliance, jamnagar JERP project, BORL, Bina refinery, Madhyapradesh. For Bongaigaon Refinery. 4x300 MW project at Korba, Chhattishgarh, JP cement Sardar 3 project at Bhuj, Gujarat project.

Dislikes

All are good. There are nothing for dislike about KAEFER Punj Lloyd Ltd.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
