Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I was worked from Aug 2014 to June 2020 and gained good different industrial experiences. PLL given me opportunity to made/create my own system.

Dislikes

I was considered for only new and huge duties not on promotion or increments. ( state wise influenced by middle and top management staffs).

Poor recognition to Old employees, less career growth opportunities. A bit of politics in management makes life miserable. More Likely I must say people leave organisations just to leave bosses not the Organisation.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

The work pressure is very high. Most of the times, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening.
