I felt that I was working in a healthy, friendly, cooperative cultural atmosphere with a bright future and lots of scope to diversify and enrich myself with tremendous EPC experience .Lots of scope was there for career growth for anybody i the Organization.

Dislikes

There was lack of proper system, as a result many people ( specially those who had managerial power ) used / imposed their own thinking or likes / dislikes immersing prospect of Organization.

Work Details

I was in engineering, as a HOD Civil. Faced many challenges in detail engineering, proposal engineering and enjoyed my works lot.
