It's a completely unprofessional organisation. The HR team is a nothing more then a puppet. No career growth & full of politics.

Dislikes

No proper HR, no growth in career, poor salary & salary is too late. You get salary of 1 month after 1.5 months. Management is pathethic & seriously hopeless. Working here is shit.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
