1. I liked the flexibility offered during my tenure and great work culture. 2. I liked how the company treat intern as someone who has come here to learn and provide proper training before assigning any task. 3. Great learning opportunity, proper mentorship, corporate environment, freedom to discuss, freedom to exchange the thought process 4. People not only get the chance to learn in their field but they also get opportunity to learn in different field such as journalism, design , tech team. 5. Explored new things and helpful nature of colleagues. 6. As Punama Innovation is a startup company so people get opportunity to learns a lot by solving real problems. 7. Understanding about tools and technique such as outlook, thunderbird, slack, MS Word, MS Excel, google group, sheets, forms etc. 8. Organized the cultural events on monthly basis such as townhall, republic day etc. Townhall identify the individual progress in the organization. 9. Get the opportunity to work with the people of different states as well as different country it helps to increase the communication skill, knowledge of different culture, enhance the problem solving approach 10. 1. Need to prepare the documentation for each and every work 2. Define the proper rule and regulation for leave, resignation, completion of one month internship, Notice Period, handover of work.
