The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Work Details

My duty is Assembly, Hydraulic test, Test with motor alignment, painting, packing and dispatch.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work in PUMP SQUARE SYSTEMS LLP, to be tough. Coz there are new and different challenges one have to face.

Dislikes

In pump square, there is no time limite for a work. Also, there is no guarantee that one have to work his own department, one have do work others department as well. There are so many unnecessary rules. Totally unsatisfactory job.

Generally speaking my work at PUMP SQUARE SYSTEMS LLP is pretty much challenging. I have to check all components which are machined in company. Also I have to check internal inspection and out going inspection. Moreover, I have to did hydro test.

Very low grade compny. No benefits and knowledge increase. Only time pass(west) company. People are very arrogant and selfish.

Dislikes

No one can work in its environment and salary is very low
