AVP only listen to her only favorite team lead there is lot of favouritism in the team. Team leader is worst he is the biggest back chatter play a lot of politics and also spread rumours . Worst work life balance No job security

Nothing is good in puma energy as there is lots of politics and favritism all over the company there are people who will do anything to keep you down mental health is impacted alot they don't even have courtesy fir pregnant women

Career Growth and opportunities have been really good. This is my personal experience. I have been given good opportunities by Global and regional team based on my performance. I am really grateful to Puma Energy and some of its regional leaders in guiding me in my career. Compensation and Benefits are really good, and so is facilities which includes Transportation and Food provided by the company

Dislikes

Company culture is not good and this needs to improve. There is always a job security issue and a lot of people feel insecure. People have been let go for no reason. Also, Management in India needs to learn to improve and be open to feedback. It can’t be a case of being invincible. Sometimes it feels like leadership team in India iswaiting to find some one to pin the blame on for some issue, rather than fixing the problem. I have learnt a lot from people in Puma across different regions but unfortunately I don’t find any inspiration or motivation from leadership in India. Management is pathetic and coz of that work culture is also pathetic. They speak alot about their speakup service. But if anyone speak up then they are thrown out from company. Any fine day company will decide that certain position is no longer required and they throw out employees. No skill development.
