I think it's like the worst work place ever formed in the history of mankind. More emphasis were laid on gossips, politics than actual work. There is no respect shown on an individual in terms of time or discipline. Anybody in power - be it client or higher authority in office could getaway saying anything to anyone. In no manner, Publicis, Mumbai is a professional organisation.
