The Institute is good to the students in many ways. Not in the faculty side.I get to register my part time PhD. But for the same, I had a bond agreement with cash deposit of 50000₹. Definitely it is not possible to get back. my colleagues and faculties comes from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.I don't like the employees exist policy. It is very worst and very unfair. When a faculty want to move, they have to pay very huge amount of money interms of lakh... to the college....Read More
