Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? PSG college of Pharmacy is a good place to improve our skills like western blotting, qPCR, Molecular modelling, cell culture and a good place to learn animal behavioural experiments. The facilities provided in this college is top notch.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Although college has a top notch facility for skill development, job benefits are limited. Growth and incentives are very poor.

I am a PhD research Scholar and my broad area of research is neuropharmacology. I am skilled in molecular techniques like western blotting and qPCR. I have also learnt sterile cell culture techniques especially dealing with neuronal cell and cancer cell.
