During my tenure at PSG Dover, it is difficult to pinpoint any particularly positive experiences, largely due to systemic challenges that overshadowed the work environment. A noticeable lack of leadership support, minimal investment in employee development through structured training, and insufficient resource allocation created significant obstacles to achieving professional growth and organizational goals. Furthermore, the atmosphere was marked by uncertainty regarding job security, which compounded stress levels and undermined morale. Of particular concern were instances of non-transparent financial practices, including unexplained deductions, which eroded trust and left employees feeling undervalued. These issues, if addressed thoughtfully, could transform the workplace culture and position PSG Dover as an employer that genuinely values and empowers its workforce. During my time at PSG Dover, the work environment was overshadowed by significant concerns regarding poor work ethics and a challenging organizational culture. There was a pervasive sense of disbelief and distrust, fueled by questionable practices such as withholding payments and unexplained financial deductions.
