Nothing to like. Company environment is so polluted that nothing is in favour of the organisation. Graph of the organisation is going sharply downward like share market crashes. The director thinks she is a dictator and employees are her owned. 2-3 people at higher positions are her favorites. One from QA, One from Purchase and One from HR dept. They company blindly trust on them and take decison against the employees termination. Salary holdings are usual now also increments have been halted . Documentation part is horrible for submissions. Factory culture is very good but Corporate culture is very polluted. Talent has no place in this organisation. Earlier company was good. But now days they are loosing their charm. Because of internal sisters fight company is facing losses. Lack of efficiency, lack of knowledge, lack of trust are main causes of company loosing.

Company is not paying gratuity to old employees. Those who are left, company is not paying them thier final settlements. Right now their is nothing to say anything good about company. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
