Designation : Purchase Manager / Sr. Executive ( Pharma)

Desired Eligibility : B.Com/B.Sc. /B. Pharm Should have excellent negotiation skills and command in Computer Skills.

Experience : with 5+ years experience in a Pharma Industries.

Salary : As per industry norms.

Location : Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:-

• Should be able to handle day to day Purchase activities like Pharma raw material, packing, control inventory/non-inventory items, and develop vendors for Quality goods.
• Excellent understanding of Procurement Process & the current Best Practices in Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Responsible for cost effective and timely capital purchase for pharma related APIs and packing material (Foil, Cartons, Labels, and Blisters etc).
• A Strong individual able to handle the Purchase activities independently.
• Purchase Planning and Control matching with the Production Planning.
• Identification and new vendor development.
• To send enquiry to the vendors as per requirement of materials.
• Expedite quotations from the vendors.
• Coordination with Plant for the requirement and delivery of Material.
• Execution of orders.
• Proper documentation & record keeping of purchase orders and related documents.
• Follow up with supplier for

- PO received (RM/PM)

- Dispatch

- Invoice and dispatch details after dispatch.
