The sales department Vp is a good human being. Most of the management heads are good to work with.

Dislikes

Everything regarding provident is good except for a person named Shridhar Anand P. He is with the organisation for more than 10 years and making provident his own company. I feel the heads support him as he shows off and does nothing for his team. He keeps grudges on people and destroy their name and reputation in purpose. He is a negative manager who will favors people and breed politics inside the teams. He shows in front of the VP that he does Everything and takes the inputs from the team and show off infront of management. Not sure the management are filled with so incapable people that they don't understand or they Ignore to understand. A small advise to new joiner please don't join as this guy has made the organisation negative. To win you have to agree to all his stupidity...Read More
