Teammates - The people you work with are absolutely the best out there and Food. l

Dislikes

Management. The entire organization is controlled by handful of people. HRs side with managers rather than caregivers. The stories for employees are curated to make sure people who fall into the stories will great promotions and not others. Caregivers were mentally harassed and made to quit instead of stating it as a cost cutting. Managers find it very okay to make comments on people's dating and social life. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
