**Honest Review Based on My Experience** While the company has some good processes and great people, my experience in the specific team I was assigned to was extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, I encountered workplace politics, primarily from the team leader. Many employees left due to the toxic work environment, manipulative behavior, and favoritism. If you're liked by them, things will be smooth for you. If not, they will start nitpicking errors and eventually find a reason to terminate you, even for minor mistakes that others are making intentionally without consequences. Unfortunately, I was one of many who faced this. When I tried addressing the issue with HR, I was told they would "investigate" and issue a final warning if needed. However, I was terminated under a so-called "Zero Tolerance Policy" while others continued making the same mistakes unchecked. It was clear that they were more interested in keeping people they favored rather than ensuring fairness. Though It's too early to give rating for work life balance, Job security and Job satisfaction as just recently joint but so far I have had great experience

I don't have any serious dislike thing, But one thing is that the Cafeteria is not good. Because We have to wait for a very long time and the service is also not good.

There shift timing is good. Cab facility, medical facility is quite good and salary on time credited is also good.

Dislikes

Every team have their own timing. Sometime manager ,team leader will tell you that come on time else they will issue warning letter but another team is free to come at any time. There is opex team who always try to find a chance to kick out you with non sense things. U cannot take break more than 1 hour in a shift. If you work for extra hours. Opex team will deduct your ot. The company is very professional in terms of conducting induction and hiring along with training. Salary and benefits are almost similar to other places but the company and training along with induction is the best one I have ever seen super awesome team
