No Pros I can see in this Company

There are many cons in this company. Below is the list : 1. Hiring and Firing concept 2. No Job security 3. No Backup plan in recession 4. Recruitment process is terrible that’s why they don’t have good technical team 5. No understanding of technical in lead level or manager level . Example : once I was working in IFS application automation and one of the greatest lead (SIVA Prasad) asked the team to create the variable for each items and lastly we ended up 500 variable creation which ultimately affected the automation and they never follow the best practices. 6. Reporting Manager is terrible and I never seen any skilled manager who can talk to client confidently and convince them what’s wrong and right.Example : Mr Subramaniyan Peddada (Subbu) considering himself as a oracle expert having 20 years of experience but don’t know how to make presentation and SOW document , He ask other fellow memebers to do the job and he will send the final email to management and get the name. 7. Finance Team don’t know how to handle the income tax and alwayz poke the nose in others matters mostly which girl is hooking up which boy ...... 8. And List is goes on.........::...Read More
