I have completed 4 months in Protonshub and I can say that it is the best organization to work and learn in Indore. The work culture is really good and everyone here is very supportive. The organization and the management care about the work as well as learning. Within 4 months I got to work on many different projects on new technologies which I think is really good for me as well. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
