Managers use abusive language not only for yourself but also sometimes for your family. MD is a creep. But can't apply POSH because he's a member of the committee. MD uses abusive languages to leaving employees to set an example for all the others who keep mumm.

They offer good salary and office infrastructure is also good.

Dislikes

Job Security is always at stake in Protium. They lay off twice every year along with small layoffs at any given time of year without any strong reason. Even the people holding highest designation micro manage things.
