Likes

Best company to work with if you don't need fast paced career growth. Company provides ample of offers for development and learning. However promotions is pretty slow rest was amazing.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Company has a three year policy for promotion. Once promoted you'll have to send next 3 years in the same position. Also, appraisal process was quite disappointing as it didn't followed any standard procedure.
