Everything is not good like company' culture, company senior managers and here is not any person,who is take care of employees problems. As a girl I am joining just 2-3 month ago but I will be living soon due to they don't have any good bussiness for further. Also they are fooling people in name of startup. Company culture and management. The founders talk very unprofessionally and verbally abuse us. Managers play heavy politics among their team members only I would say think before you invest your time or money here because these people are not the ones you should do business with. Started well,but the team seems to be broken,all they talk about is how to leave, when to leave & where to apply, seems like things are breaking apart, no motivation at all. When i got to know people are giving reviews here,and saw different honest review felt like i should too, almost everything is covered but being a women, the basic need of hygiene is missing, only one washroom each for both male and female with around 50 people in each floor,always have to run around,and have also seen mens using female washroom during peak hour,no cleanliness,no dicipline,tried to say the management numerous of time,nothing happened....Read More
