One of the worst experience by joining this organisation, I would just nobody should join this organisation worst work culture,worst management, people don't know to talk also CEO, MANAGERS using slangs is this the way of a corporate employees talks,not paying salary to the employees. And making fake promises to sales there tax benefits plans to the customer.

Managers play heavy politics among their team members only I would say think before you invest your time or money here because these people are not the ones you should do business with. Started well,but the team seems to be broken,all they talk about is how to leave, when to leave & where to apply, seems like things are breaking apart, no motivation at all. The company will hire you making false promises. There is a senior manager in the team who is just a manager by role and not by actions as the whole control is taken by the co founder himself. I don't know why is he appointing manager in the company if he only wants to take the control in his hand specially for leaves. They will provide you casual leaves but the co founder will never allow you take that saying that you have leave that doesn't mean you will avail it. If you have brain don't utilise it while talking to one of the co founder. Also the company does not work in an organising way. Half of the time you will do the same task in different excel sheets. There is no HR in the company whom you can report your grievances and ultimately again co founder will take the control of that. Also never ever trust the interview panel as they will promise a lot during interview but won't stick to their words as the founders office members keeps on changing their decision on daily basis which creates trust issues. Also they will never think of about you and will simply fire you on the spot. Never join the company if you love your mental health....Read More
