Very poor and ad hoc in terms of process. There is not even an internal portal where employees can have access to their salary or leaves etc. Management keeps changing every week. Moreover instead of management, a set of old people dominate the company and the day to day decisions and they usually have control over all the departments, you only have the option to follow them to be in the system. Work life balance is just "0". Management expects you to be available in any weekend and on any national holiday without any prior notice. Employees are not supposed to say "NO" and due to irrational estimates and commitments to clients, employees are usually and frequently forced to work on 24*7 mode. Well, I joined thinking that I will get to learn a lot about SAP and the software products it has to offer to the clients.

Dislikes

Almost everything. It is not at all an employee centric organization. 6 months of the year people don't get their salaries. As is, they give salaries in 2 halves which is against the Indian Law anyway.

Work Details

There were a lot of exciting strategies around my work but they lose focus too quick. They could never prioritize the work which ultimately lead to no work at all.
