Tag line "Open and honest" is the one of the biggest lie. Due some group people of one community make the workplace toxic. They favor only their own community. They normally hold good position which they couldn't deserve. They all time buttering and oiling the management. Management also worthless. Management always gives priority and indulge to ineligible, spineless people. Management not make proper justice with good and eligible people. Definately Metso is a good orgization ever to work, Because Employees well being is top priority here. And metso maintain a good and supportive culture within the organization. Good work life balance and also provide good facilities and allowances. Great place to work. The work culture is very good. The work-Life balance over here is impressive. Safety is the first priority. Medical facility is also top notch.

Dislikes

No new responsibility is adhered, and the same work is deputed from day 1. One can feel underutilized and can result in low work satisfaction. No good hike in salary and the promotion is also dependent on the person above me. If he gets promoted, then only I have a chance. Office politics is also there but manageable.

Saturday working is the most pathetic reason to work in this organization. There is completely no need for six days working as there is no mass production for the machines. Main reason for leaving the employees is this six-day working at Alwar.
