This company is best when you are Boss's favorite. Salaries are on time.

Dislikes

No proper structure. HR head is an arrogant and doesn't believe in employee welfare. Policies are a joke. You will have to wait for years to get your incentives. You will have to come with luck and people pleasing skills to get opportunities. No ears for ideas or constructive criticism. You will hardly receive any appreciation. Only Company's and Department Heads growth is taken care of.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
