Some colleagues arr actualy very good and generous but they are not able to support as the directions are only profit focused...

Dislikes

Totally profit centric...no focus on service improvement/excellence. The directives are to get new contracts by hook or crook and bill & collect. Operation is too much pressurised as no support for them. MIS number driven approach....connect with clients is very poor in most of the cases. Not much value for experience...lots of showmanship.

To achieve something without any long term vision n objective. Senior management staff keep their eyes close on irregularities happening in field which creates lots of problems for newly joined guys and resulted in high attrition rate n dissatisfaction among staff especially new n front line staff
