Join this company do nothing for 3 months get out of the company with 30k salary per month ... This is the only positive in this company other than this NO PF ESI INSURANCE TRAVEL EXPENSE ect ... Even you never net any loans with this company even company bcz this company is not there in bank listing ....

Company runs in employees salary they cut off ur salary to pay their bills

The worst concern to work with , md is just zero doesn't know how to speak fluent English .. they dosent provide you esi of insurance anything take care of ur career ignore thz company offer ... Fun fact : company has total of 20 employees but they have 21 companies 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 which can be see in entry itself ... and thetiming office time is 10 am if u come at 10.01 u will lose half day salary ... This company not for long career and salary you get cash in hand. Their policy not good as you think, because you will not get timely incentives and you have to fight for that. In simple terms I can say about this company, they have big dreams and look for hardworking people with low salary expectations and reputation also not good with 75% of clients as 25% are regular customer's.

Dislikes

Don't like their work culture and policies. And whatever they may promise to you they definitely not fulfill 100% sure.

1. Strict timing even if u come 1 min late you will be marked hald day leave 2. Just 30 mins lunch break 3. Travel expence is very low ex for 1km/50 paise 4. Need to give commission to accountant to release travel claim 5. No incentive 6. No leave for 1 year like CL,PL & SL 7. Still following manual attandance if you forgot tomark it on time you will be marked absent 8. Stay away 9. No pf , esi or insurance 10. If any accident happens company will be not responsible 11.
