This company not for long career and salary you get cash in hand. Their policy not good as you think, because you will not get timely incentives and you have to fight for that. In simple terms I can say about this company, they have big dreams and look for hardworking people with low salary expectations and reputation also not good with 75% of clients as 25% are regular customer's.

1. Strict timing even if u come 1 min late you will be marked hald day leave 2. Just 30 mins lunch break 3. Travel expence is very low ex for 1km/50 paise 4. Need to give commission to accountant to release travel claim 5. No incentive 6. No leave for 1 year like CL,PL & SL 7. Still following manual attandance if you forgot tomark it on time you will be marked absent 8. Stay away 9. No pf , esi or insurance 10. If any accident happens company will be not responsible 11. MD of this company is not educated to be an MD 12. No money is paid on COVID days 13. There is a guy called basant (jing chack ) must be careful with him bcz he is an jink chack...Read More
