I am feeling very grateful for working in this company since last two years. Talking about job security was far better than the other companies I know. Work culture is very good. The employees are so cooperative about all the things. Safety was the top most priority in this company. Here the management organised some meetings or training programs for extending our knowledge about all the instruments, safety and all the things. Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisal's are fair and thay give good salary hike and bonus every year

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
