Typical startup culture where you find tough in the beginning but once you get accustomed to the work environment and start working hard, sky is the limit.

I am very much satisfied with my position as well as growth in this wonderful company. My team mates are very much supportive and the management gives the freedom to work and makes us inclusive in every key decision. It's slightly tough to clear the interview & probation period but the talent prevails. Although the work is 6 days aweek, availability of access to seniors is always an ease and we have a scope to learn a lot of work.
