Most worst pathetic company to be a part of .they don't have crisp and clear policies with the employees in terms of NP ,separation .Mgmt is third class and the HR dept is next level of atrocious. They play with employee emotions .

Can't expect much from promantra as they are working old fashioned way, just remove systems on working floor it seems you are working in 1990's. Management should check how other companies work environment is and HR would be.

Dislikes

There isn't much u will like about promantra, if you want to work hard and earn a good position please don't opt for this company. Company is good in many terms but still growth is comparatively less.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
