There is nothing to like about company

Micro management, toxic work culture. If anyone want to join be careful while interview they will say many things mainly salary components, whatever they said it should be documentation. Otherwise don't join in this company. Because they will not provide offer letter, if you ask also management will say we will give direct appointment letter after joining. Please don't fall these kind of traps.

Was reporting to Mr Andyo Mukhopadya chief strategy officers of Prolific Hr Consultant. One of my favorite person in Prolific. He was extremely supportive during my tenure in the organization. Mrs Astungla longkumer Excecutive Director was extremely polite handling every tough situation. This is the only company who paid full salaryto me and other employees during the pandemic and also provided extended help to my family.
